Celebrate Shabbat with Tkiya and Flatbush Jewish Center through tot-friendly (ages 0-5) songs, stories, movement, puppets, and more!

About the Event

Flatbush Jewish Center has partnered with Tkiya, the renowned participatory Jewish music organization, for Tot Shabbat at FJC! Join us from 11:00AM - 11:45AM on specified Shabbat mornings for a fun and interactive Shabbat experience for families with children ages 0-5. Through songs, stories, movement, puppets, and more, we'll connect with Shabbat morning gratitude in a family-friendly way. Tkiya will be at FJC for twelve Shabbat mornings from January through June: Jan. 13 (MLK Shabbat) and Jan. 27; Feb. 10 and Feb. 24; Mar. 9 and Mar. 23 (Erev Purim); Apr. 13 and Apr. 20; May 11 and May 18; Jun. 8 and Jun. 22. We hope to extend the partnership into the future-- so come check it out and tell us what you think! (We'll also have kids' services for older kids, led by Rabbi Lev, on the same mornings as Tkiya Tot Shabbat.)
