ArtLab invites children to imagine and connect to sacred story through a mixed-media art studio experience, as a part of Lab/Shul’s monthly SoulSpa programs.

For: Toddler (1-3 years), Preschool (3-5 years), K-2nd grade (5-7 years), 3rd-5th grade (8-10 years), All ages

About the Event

ArtLab is an invitation to imagine and connect, deepening our relationship with story and ritual through a mixed-media art studio experience. Children ages 2-10 (and their young at-heart grown ups!) are welcome each month to explore Jewish texts, holidays, and values through a variety of curated art materials.

SoulSpa’s afternoon offerings include: 3:00pm Doors open, coffee & afternoon bites 3:15pm - 4:00pm Optional interactive adult learning with Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie 4:00pm – 4:45pm ArtLab Open! + All ages meditation, music and poetic prayer in Main Space 4:45pm – 5:30pm Storahtelling: The ancient art of sacred story in interactive and interpretive Torah reading 5:30pm – 6:00pm Closing ritual
